[CyberTOPS] changing clothes

In our chapter you weigh as you enter the weight room... if you want to go and change before that is your choice.? Me I change to the same thing each week, so if I have a gain I know it is my gain and not my clothes.? Then after weigh in I go and change back to my choice for the night.? We have some that walk in and weigh shoes on, keys in pocket and watch on...(a man)..he says I have the same thing every week so that will never weigh any different....

???? Just my opinion, as to what happens in my chapter.....might say we just developed these rules because some was going in weight room and then as you say changing clothes there and taking a lot of time. so we made a new rule, wear it in you weigh it.

Can anyone tell me, is it written anywhere in the WR book, that a member
should not change clothes before weighing in.  We have a member that comes
from work and doesn't like to weigh in her work clothes.  I know the saying,
after you weigh in in them the first time, it shouldn't matter.  Just want to
know what the book says please.
