Some of our members always weigh in with the same lighter weigh clothing
and then change to street dress. One of our KOPS used to wear the same
thing to TOPS every meeting half the year and then change to another set when
the weather changed. That way she always knew just about what she'd weigh
without having to wonder if she should have put on a lighter set of
clothing. She always looked nice and slim and trim no matter what she wore.
I hope everyone is having a good week. So far I am--weigh day is tomorrow.
Best wishes,

Not a rule or anything just my opinion after having been a weight
recorder,
as long as you don't hold up the line I don't think it matters either way.
It isn't fair on everyone else if they have to wait for someone to "strip"
and then put them selves back together. I tend to wear the same clothes
each
week to TOPS but if you are coming from work or going out then that is not
always possible.
Like I said just my opinion.
