[CyberTOPS] Changing Clothes

Not a rule or anything just my opinion after having been a weight recorder, 
as long as you don't hold up the line I don't think it matters either way. 
It isn't fair on everyone else if they have to wait for someone to "strip" 
and then put them selves back together. I tend to wear the same clothes each 
week to TOPS but if you are coming from work or going out then that is not 
always possible.
Like I said just my opinion.
