[CyberTOPS] changing clothes

At the last chapter I belonged to who changed their clothes before
weighing-in.

Can anyone tell me, is it written anywhere in the WR book, that a member
should not change clothes before weighing in.  We have a member that comes
from work and doesn't like to weigh in her work clothes.  I know the saying,
after you weigh in in them the first time, it shouldn't matter.  Just want
to
know what the book says please.
