I got a really  nice surprise when I weighed in this week. I knew by my home
scale I had a loss, but I thought it was only a couple of pounds.........it
was 5 pounds!!! Finally got that fluid weight off (has to be, no real
exercise
last week), now to keep it off and get some more off.
