[CyberTOPS] starting a new chapter

I have not ever started a new chapter but I have read many posts on CyberTops
and on Texas Tops by people who have.  Sounds like you have a good area
captain and she will help you with any thing you need.  Plus you will get a
leader's guide and weight recorder's guide which have all the main
information.  If you need help deciding on your local chapter bylaws, just ask
on this group.  They are always happy to share.  Plus, there is a group which
is just for officers, called TOPS_officersonline.  It is a Yahoo group.  You
can go to Yahoo Groups and look it up and join there.  Since you are starting
a group, I am sure you will be the leader to start out so you could join it. 
You can ask questions there also and always get answers.
 
Good luck with your new group.  Sounds like you have good ideas.
