Hello all

Well, summer finally arrived here in Trenton, Ontario Canada with a
vengeance.  It has been so hot and dry and then last night it rained.  The
humidity is making it feel like it is 100 degrees out side.  I am staying
inside with the air on because humidity does a number on my breathing.

TOPS tonight for the first time in 3 to 4 weeks so will see how I have done.
 Was all set to go last week but meeting was cancelled so off I go tonight.
The scale will tell.
