[CyberTOPS] challenging chapter

    Money doesn't motivate this group!  A nice social
evening with  friends that they can enjoy for free is much
more enticing - and I only had  about three that were
interested in that!   I'm afraid some of our  older members
look at TOPS as a social club.  One lady said that losing
19#  would be nice if they could do it.  I told her could is
not the right  word.  Would is the word - she had to agree
with me.  It will be  interesting to see how it goes.  I
would be pleased if everyone just lost  10# but I am not
telling them that!
