Good Morning Evening,
   We hope that everyone's weekend was everything that you wanted it to be and that you were able to do those things that you wanted to get done.  The most important thing is that you were able to take some valuable time out just for you, to pamper yourself and be able to enjoy something for you.  Unfortunately, our weekend has come to an end and it's back to work.  Lets hope the today goes by easy and that the day it's too bad.  Before you know it the work day will be done and you will be home resting up for tomorrow.  Just remember to smile and maybe someone will smile back.

         When we think of magic we automatic think of the man who does tricks.  You know he wears a long black coat and top hat.  Pulls a rabbit out of his hat and so on.  He does all sort of things that get our attention and make us wonder just how he does that.  Right, you know what we're talking about?  Well, here the thing, your your own magician!  Yes, you have your own magic.  No, you don't have any fancy sparkling dust that you can spread around or a magic cap.  No, your magic is inside your heart and mind.  You have the power to make things happen.  Like losing your unwanted weight and keeping it off and your doing it!  You also have the power to make wise decision like food choices, doing daily exercise and drinking water.   So you see you don't need a magic wand or top hat to have the magic that works.  Your magic works everyday and if you don't think that your magic is real then take a look at our KOPS.  They are
 shinning examples of the magic that still shine after reaching their goal weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Their magic lives on and so does your.  You can do it for you.  You are the "STAR" of your "GOAL".
