Sorry this is late, but forgot to BCC Cybertops so it would go through.
Anyway.....
 
I had a small gain of .2 pounds. My last weigh-in was 4 weeks ago and I
haven't been able to do any real exercise beyond moving furniture and dust
around so I'm not upset. I'm trying to get back in the groove so I will have a
loss next week.
