Good Morning Everybody
   If your day has been anything like ours, then you must have had a great day yesterday. I know that we did, we had the grandchildren and decided to take them on a back to school shopping supply trip.  Office Max had a dime,nickle,penny sale and we thought it would be fun to let them shop.  So we gave them a dollar and said see what you could get.  It was fun, they get their basket and Mandy, the oldest asked the store clerk where the school supplies that where on sale were and he took them to each spot and helped them find what they were looking for.  The kids even paid at the register and got change.  They were surprised how much they could get when you buy on sale
 


Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!! 


                                                Give yourself credit were credit is due.....................

            Give yourself a pat on the back when it is deserved.   Yes, we know that we sometimes forget and things just get away from us.  With our busy schedule it's bound to happen, but we know that we are in control.  When we have a weight loss, turtle or a gain for that matter it all counts and it all makes a difference.  We are in control of our destiny and the fact that we are going to reach our goal weight is real. It just goes to show you what you can do and the accomplishment that you have can achieved.  With that said it's time to ask " How are you about taking credit were credit is due", and when was the last time you accepted credit for what you had done or for what you accomplished?  Remember in our pledge it says that we are intelligent person and I will control my emotions". Now it time to get all of the credit that is due you out in the open and accept.  You know that you are doing a great, that each step you
 take will put you closer towards your mission goal.  We're taking about you're goal weight.  You can do it and make your dream come true.  You can succeed.  You are the "STAR of your GOAL",
