Good Morning Everybody,
    Where does the time go,  it seems like we just got started on this weekend and here it's about to come to an end.  We hope that you have a wonderful Sunday and that you can manage to get sometime off to yourself to pamper just you.  Yes, we know that it important that you take care of those that you love but you still have to think about you.  Anyways we hope that you can do that for you.  Your worth it and it will be time well spent.  So enjoy.  You can do it.


Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!!!!

        They say change is good==What change have you started on our  journey towards your goal.......

   Thur change it is said that we can make changes to just about anything we are in control of.  In this case  we are talking about our weight!  Before starting on this journey it seemed that our weight, clothes size, were on the upward movement.  That's when we realize that something just had to give.  We had to make a change. Something had to go.  Well, your right, since making the choice to remove our unwanted weight and starting on this wonderful journey that is helping us see the way there we have definitely seen a change.  We've seen lots of changes.  Changes in what we eat, how we prepare it, when we eat out we ask how it cooked (if it can be grilled instead of deep fried), we enjoy eating salads, we stepped up our exercising or walking as we have found out that it's good for you and it doesn't hurt and of course water.  Drank water before but didn't realize how much. Now it's different and we know the importance of drinking water and
 how much.  Also, that it good for you.  Yes, change is good for you.  What's better when you get right in there and make those change happen.  You can do it too, just be active in your quest to make your dream come true. Before you know it your "STAR" will be shinning brightly for all to see. You are the maker of change and you can make change come true.  You can do it.
