Good Morning Everybody,
   How are we all doing this morning?  Great we hope.  We're fine, finally getting caught up on some rest after IRD.  But still haven't come down from first seeing all of our friends and second the IRD convention.  It was just great and those success stories.  Wow, what a way to go.  We have refocused, what about you guy's?  Remember you have the power to make it happen and you can do it. So to speak "the weight's in your corner"and it up to you to make it (your unwanted weight) go away and not come back.  Yes, you can do it.  We hope that you have a great day and that you take time out just for yourself to pamper you.  Have fun and enjoy.

                                         Don't let that hour glass effect your everyday life.....

     
     When we think of an hour glass, we picture a glass that holds sand in one end.  It is used in most cases as some sort of timer.  Once we it turn upside down the time starts.  When all the sand runs thru the narrow neck in the middle of neck, time's up.  Question do up feel like you are on a tight hour glass type time stress schedule?  Do you feel like you been turned upside down and that you have to run at full speed all day to get everything done. That every minute has to be counted for.  That you can't afford not being in the right place at the right time.  We all know the time is very important and that we are very busy people on the go.  However, we still have to enjoy life as well.  It is up to us not the hour glass.   Remember, once the sand runs out the time is up, well what happens if your not done?  Ya, turn the hour glass over and start again.   That would be great but then you would be into the next day, so that
really won't help.  Yes, we know that there are certain things like jobs, appointment, etc that we have to do but  what we are trying to get out is that we are in control of us not the hour glass.  If you are like us we want to improve our health, change and improve the way we exercise, manage our time and make sure that we get plenty of water.  We have to be very so mindful of what it is that we are doing so that we get the most out of our time. It might be time to put that hour glass on it side and let you learn to control of your time comfortably.  We just can't sit idle by and wait for something to happen.  We have to make those change take place and we doing just that.  With time on our side, little by little, pound by pound we are headed toward our goal weight and the dream we seek.  Yes we are going to succeed.  You can do it.
