Dee,

So you gained, spilt milk!  I gained 8 lbs. last week of July (really,
really depressed about that), but...I got back on the horse, fell off a few
more times, but ended losing this last week.   

The quickest way to goal actually is a straight road if you take Exchange
Expressway (i.e., do the Exchange Program and Exercise).

I don't mean to be mean, but if you quit, you are not giving up on TOPS you
are giving up on yourself.  TOPS has never given up on anyone.  People who
say "TOPS is not working for me" really mean that THEY are choosing to have
it not work by NOT doing WHAT THEY need to be doing.

YOU CAN DO IT!  Keep your food diary, drink your water, exercise, keep
positive and STAY IN TOPS.  There are NO MAGIC BULLETS (there are no better
programs out there...basically they are all the same...if you do the work,
you get the results).

I intend to stand tall in the Circle of Light (which will be difficult
because I am only 5' 3" tall) hopefully this year...if I put my money where
my mouth is (if I put money in my mouth then I probably wouldn't be able to
eat LOL).

Have a super day!  Duct tape is the answer...question is "how can I quit
night eating?" (this is my problem...I don't actually use the duct tape I
just threaten myself that I am going to use it).

Take your left hand and put it on your right shoulder, take your right hand
and put it on your left shoulder and squeeze tight.  This is my virtual hug
for you...it will be alright and YOU CAN DO IT...you are an intelligent
person.
