 Yikes!! I gained .25 lb. putting me 1.25 lbs. above goal. I WILL do better
this week. One thing I did different this past week even though I gained is
that I didn't jump on the scales every day like I usually do-----for me that
s a plus! We ate out 3 times this past week and that's not good for me but
this week I will do better.
