I really like this show. I personally would have rather seen Jerry win but
there is always a chance they will give him a show anyway.  Last year's winner
got a show but later in the season they started a show "I will work for food"
that starred either the 1st or 2nd runner up.  He was the one that was also a
comedian.  I hope that Jerry doesn't gve up trying.  I hope the winner will
take the job and run with it.  With 4 little kids I don't see how she can go
back and forth to New York. 
 
I liked it better when the audience voted for the winner.  But after the year
the audience voted for this one woman to be the winner and then she never did
a show, they started letting the judges decide the final.
 
I never did like Debbie.  Every time something went wrong she tried to blame
someone else from the very first contest they had and she blamed the purchased
angel food cake on her team.  It was her that bought it and told them it would
do.  Then on another contest, she only worked on her own food when she was
supposed to be helping the others.  The crowning blow was one of the last ones
when she tried to say that she didn't have capers as one of her ingredients
that she had to use and Bobby Flay called her out on it. 
 
I also really enjoy the next Design Star on HGTV.  Am glad it comes on at a
different time than Food Network Star.  I have not seen a show yet on HGTV
with last year's winner.  So I wonder what happened to her.
