[CyberTOPS] IRD Group Report as of the end of July, 2009

We have a group of cyberTOPS and cyberKOPS members who attended IRD in 
Orlando who are keeping track as a separate group on cybertops, trying to 
challenge and support each other to keep the enthusiasm going from IRD.

Since IRD, 40 members have a net loss of -10.8 pounds, about 0.25 pounds each.
19 out of the 40 show a net loss since IRD (almost half!!)
13 of these are TOPS, 6 are KOPS.

7 out of the 11 KOPS in the group are averaging below goal since IRD.
As a group, the KOPS are averaging about 2 pounds below goal since IRD.
Prior to IRD, this group of KOPS was averaging 0.70 above goal.

We are hoping to have a net loss for each member attending, including the 
KOPS, by the end of 2009 and also by next IRD.

As a group, I believe we can do it!!
