[CyberTOPS] reply KOPS need encouragement

I feel so very sad for KOPS who do not get the encouragement from TOPS  
members . Hey is it not the goal of EVERY TOPS member to become a KOPS?? When I 
 was with a chapter we made a big deal of our KOPS anniversary dates and 
when  they were in trouble many of us gave extra support. I will say I for one 
never  know how to respond when a KOPS is at 6+ below goal. To all the KOPS 
out there  you are special and have a lot of value. hugs to all debbie in
