[CyberTOPS] Need your roll call for Thursday!!!

no longer in TOPS, but would say that this person needs to be reported to 
her State Co-ord and even Regional.  No one in TOPS, especially an AC should 
talk to another person this way.  As an AC, she is supposed to be what TOPS 
is about, and if she talks like this to friends, what does she say to others?
