Sometimes we reach our KOPS and still do not have the Mindset to maintain
that 7/3 leeway. It takes time to do that.
It IS a struggle to maintain. Even though it is worth it to arrive at the
KOPS status. It is hard work. Both going and arriving.
It is a new way of life for all of us who do make KOPS...we can never go
back. But our tastebuds still remember..and that
Is the hard part. Our stress never changes..we have to learn so much as
KOPS ....we have to change ...and it is so difficult.
That is why we need our TOPS SISTERS. AND other KOPS members. I had a
wonderful Coordinator when I was in the Seattle
Area. I am sure some of you KNOW PAULA Luker. And then also When I was in
another area over there, I was privileged to be
In Carlene Wellington's chapter. She is coordinator, also. Wonderful gals.
And Nancy Morasco...soooooooo encouraging.
I miss them even though I email them and never hear from them, I keep their
encouraging words in my heart. I know they are so busy.
All I can really say is that when that Co - leader reaches HER goal to KOPS.
.then she will be in your position, Jackie..and we shall
See how easy it is for HER.
TOPS LOVE...Faithy

Jackie..I cannot believe that you and the other KOPS are not getting
encouragement from your chapter, and especially, the Co-Leader who is an
Area
Captain.
That is sooooo sad, as you are an inspiration to us, as TOPS. We should
realize that you had the same struggles that we are having in trying to
become KOPS. Also, to me, it would be even harder to stay within the 7/3
lb
leeway.
Best wishes for the future with this chapter. I hope all of the members
do not agree with those you mentioned.
Hugs & I care!

I think the coleader and leader need a lesson in KOPS. I would get up
next week and tell them what it's like to be a KOPS and how it's very hard
to maintain when you get comments that aren't supportive. You don't need
to specifically say this comment, so as to not single her out, but you
need to educate this chapter on supporting KOPS.
Sounds like a very unsupportive chapter overall.
