Good Morning and Happy August Everybody,
     It's here and it looking great so far.  At least in our part of the world.  How about yours ? The sun is shinning and the rain is coming down. We hope that you will be able to get out doors and enjoy what mother nature has given us.  We're sure going to try and at least go for a walk. Want to come, some where around 4:30 at the park.  See ya there.  We want to wish you all plenty of success as you head off into this new month. Just remember that we have you in our thoughts and prayers every single day.  Also that you can succeed once you set your mind to achieving it,  You can make you dream come true.

                                                            Strength in Numbers 

  
      We spotted this in the e-mail the other day and it struck in my had mind, so we had to go back and read it.  We're glad we did and we want to thank Leslie K from MN#323 Champlin too us.  Also to Meditations for Weight Loss for sure great inspiration.  Great encouragement and proof that one does not have to stand alone in order to achieve their weight loss goals.   Our saying still works hand in hand together we can.  Whether you are at home, going to your chapter, SRD, PRD, Fun Day or IRD you can see the strength in number.  It's proof positive, not only do you get the feeling that all is good but the you are welcomed, that you are going to get a warm hand shank but more than likely a big hug.  Yes, the strength of number tells the story ! By the size of the book and the amount of the pages that will be added again are proof that we all are making progress.  With our weight loss goals in mind and knowing that we are going to
 make them come true along with the trust in ourselves to make those wise food choices,get in our daily exercise and drink our water we are closer.  All of this can and will be done.  We can do it because we will succeed.
