[CyberTOPS] CHARLOTTE'S ROLL CALL & Exercise -

Hello Everyone,


Well I had a rough week and of course it showed up on that darn old
scale.....it was only 2 pounds but it was still two pounds.B  It has
been cold
and yucky here in Minnesota and so there has not been much
yard cleaning or
gardening or walking around here.


Well my exercise report this past week is not impressive at all....but it is
there.


210 minutes


Well tonight at chapter we had an open discussion and chat.B  our snow
bird
was back this week...and she shared some of the things that the
chapter she
was visiting in texas did.B  it was nice to have her back.


I told you two weeks ago that we did a TOPS program on getting change
in your
life and we did the challenge and started a 4 week
challenge....we as of
tonight we have two of the three teams in a tie
...and the third team only one
behind but that is becuase they have one
person that has not been attending.B 
my goal for this week is food
charting and journaling...it is going to be
tough....i struggle with
this all the time.B  I am determined to do all four
weeks of goals
though so i will get my note book out and start writing things
down.....


well everyone have a great week and we will see you lighter next week.


April is over and May will bring spring flowers ...........time to start
making things grow.
