Hi, folks,
 
I used to be a member here when my husband and I were living in
the Harrisburg, PA  area.  A little over a year ago we moved to the Upper
Peninsula of Michigan, and I've finally decided it's time to get back on
track. I'll be joining a local group this coming Thursday, and thanks to an
email from Lori, I was reminded of this group and have returned here. I know
I'm probably starting from about the same weight as when I first started
TOPS
years ago, but the worst thing I could do is just give up. My health is not
getting any better, and this extra weight is definitely a contributing
factor.
 
Here's to new beginnings, new starts...
