Last week I talked about my doctor and I discussing raising my goal 5 lbs. I
saw him last week and talked to him on the phone about 15 minutes yesterday
and he decided I should have my goal raised with one condition. That I still
keep trying to lose the 5 lbs. he raised. He said if it took a year that's
ok, just do it healthy and the way I was trying to lose those last 5 lbs.
wasn't healthy so tonight I am pleased to report that I lost 1 lb. and am at
the new goal. And that is after our daughter's wedding Saturday. She was
beautiful! Some say this is any easy out for me but TOPS advocates talking
with your doctor and such so that is what I did!!
