Your weight goal is between you and your doctor...no one else. Whatever you
think is best, whatever your MD thinks is best, IS best and it's no one
elses business.

JMO

I have a hard time staying under my goal. I have lost my status hundreds of
times (not really but it sure does feel like it) and all the time people
tell me that I look fine and I should raise my goal. I actually almost did
but then I thought about it. The only time I feel comfortable and thin and a
KOPS is 3 - 7 lbs. under my goal and if I raise my goal *I* will never feel
comfortable. I asked my MD last year if 196 was too low for me. She said no.
That's about right. Online I have read I can go as low as like 145. WHAT?
Me, 6' 2", at 145 lbs.? LOL! What a sight that would be. I will stick with
196 and struggle to get this and struggle to stay there because it's worth
it because it's the weight *I* feel good about. IT'S MY TIME right?

If I get there and someone says, "You look too skinny!" I am going to say
thanks, lift up my shirt and say, wanna see a rib??? LOL! After years and
years of being called FAT and etc. I would love to be told YOU ARE TOO
SKINNY at least once! Sorry...JMO! :)
Good luck!

George :)
