Man I
started something on here today.  LOL.  Yes he did do this for "3
squares" for
30 days which most don't do.  But he does mention he ate the
equivalent of
what one should (at max, besides never) in 8 years.  Now
imagine what this has
done to each of us in 8 years or more.  And I am sure
that a lot of us ate
more than 11 meals a year.  The extras are also eye
opening.  The treatment of
animals used by the fast food industry ( not just
McDonald's, Burger King, etc
but fast cook frozen as well) is horrible.
These are not the happy cows of
California we see on TV.  It reminded me of
all the nasties that we don't even
know about and how we take our bodies for
granted.  Because of this movie I am
switching to organic foods.  I know it
costs more but that mean I have to buy
less which means less to eat...LOL.
