Sorry Lori, he could and did eat ANYTHING on the McD's menu, every meal, 
every day.
I liked the Extra material on the disk

Did you know that McD's want every burger to taste the same in LA, New York, 
or Hong Kong therefore they mix HUGE batches of groung beef.
If you eat on McD's burger you could be getting beef from over 100 
cows!!!!!!! think about that one!!

I also wanted to add to Gloria's comment that they ate it at every meal:
Everything in moderation.  If you ate supersized portions of broccoli at
every meal, and only broccoli, you're going to have health issues too.
It's not only that it's fast food, but that they ate it exclusively.
There are healthier choices at McD's than the choices he made.
