[CyberTOPS] Margarine?

We use butter here.   I don't use it daily.   I used to use margarine until
I found out that's not as easily digested as butter.

What does everyone use?  Margarine or Butter?  I get so confused  by all of 
the choices, which one is better for you.  Does it make a  difference?  I 
started using Olivia, but wonder if it is the best?   Just a thought.
