[CyberTOPS] srd question

At the last chapter I belonged to, they had an SRD 50/50 raffle each week.
Members would be raffle tickets.   One ticket would be drawn each week.
The winning member would get half the money and the chapters SRD account
would get the other half.  There were other fund raisers too.

We sold a cookbook that was professionally printed of recipes that members
contributed; had an auction of new or gently used items & crafts (earned
over $400!); members that redecorated bring in old knick knacks, pictures,
shelves, etc. to raffle off each week; one member decided she didn't want
her plants anymore so she brought in one a week to auction off; I donated
several TOPS promotional items for raffle; certain contests have half of the
entry fee going to the fund, etc. We have a lot of members bring in
donations to raffle off like needlepoints, crafts, lotions, candles, etc. If
it's a very special item, we'll sell tickets for a few weeks. A lighthouse
needlepoint (lighthouses are huge in Michigan) earned us over $80!  We had
an Evening at the Horse Races (not real race track but simulated) that
earned over $100 & that was just half. The other half the members won. Hope
