[CyberTOPS] weigh in this week

I had an awful weigh in.  Had a gain of 10 lbs.  I thought about taking an
unexcused absence but decided to face the music. 
 
Plus I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for Thursday and I wanted him to
see how fast I was gaining.  He ran a bunch of blood work.  Waiting for
results.  I think my thyroid might be out of whack.  I have other symptoms
which could be linked to thyroid.  Anyway, now we have to wait and see.
