Hi, I'm Millie Clark.  I'm leader of TOPS #SC 207, Summerville.  I've been a
TOPS member for 25 years.  I have been KOPS twice.  Leader many times,
Weight Recorder more years than I can count on two hands, secretary,
Co-Leader, and Treasurer.  I've done it all...including Photographer and
contest chairman.  This year I want to reach my goal again, not for anyone's
wedding, graduation, reunion...but because I am worth it.  I have diabetes,
hypothyroidism, had cancer 14 years ago, high blood pressure, high
cholesterol, and neuropathy.  I have to schedule my eating around my pills.
I'm tired of taking pills and feeling like I'm old.  I will be 60 yrs. old
this year and I'd like to be much lighter.  With lots of encouragement I
will make my goal.
Our meetings are on Thursday mornings, so I'm looking for a loss tomorrow.
I'll report in later.  C U lighter....
