[CyberTOPS] Walking Card

Does anyone happen to have a copy of a Walking Card - we used them years ago
in our chapter - and it might be that one of the ladies back then made them up
- but they are the size of a note card with blocks (of 100)  around the
outside to mark off miles walked and a place in the middle for their name.  I
can probably make them but thought I would ask if anyone happened to have
something like that!    thanks for your help!    Hugs-
