Friday is here again.  Are we prepared for it?
What do you need to do to ensure that you rid yourself of a pound on Monday?
Whatever works for you ....................... DO  IT.

Here's my plan
Walmart ... a case of water.
Safeway ... fresh fruit and veggies
Super Value .... nice lean pork loin.
Arena .... a walk and a swim.
Internet .... support Tops pals the world over, hahahaha, lol
Phone .... a couple of Tops pals who don't have internet.
Snail mail .... a couple cards to Tops Pals
Facebook .... more tops pals from near and far away to chat with
Personal .... Make time for you  ..... Work on moderation, aie aie aie, I can
do it, You can too.
Immediate attention .... get a bottle of water, lol
