I gained 5.75 pounds I'm so pissed at myself I lost my KOPS in black almost made it the full year. I'm one pound over my leeway. Why did I do this. gerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I will get back am going to make sure of that. Joan P. Utah
