So happy to report a 3 pound loss!!!  And I was co-BWL,  too!  
 
Kinda strange that the best losers have been losing 4 to 10 pounds  a week so 
those who had lost up to 3 pounds didn't have a chance at the  quarters--so 
I'm happy to get half the quarters today.  We had 14 TOPS  present.
 
Congrats to all losers and turtles!  And to the birthday and  anniversary 
people.
