[CyberTOPS] Roll call Sept 30 2008, exercise

Exercise was 40 minutes. Still healing the pulled Achilles tendon which I damaged on Sept 8th. Gained 1.8 pounds since the last weigh-in two weeks ago. ( 184.4 now on 30 Sept.) and I want to be at 165 by the end of the year, which can be done if I burn off 6.5 lbs per month for the next 3 months! It's still POSSIBLE! That's approx.1.5 pounds per week to lose. I'll focus on this goal and see how close to it I can get. My whole year has been in the 180s and I will need to get out of my comfort zone - and that means no more snacking, especially after 7 pm! I may not walk much for a while yet, so the loss will have to come from less calories and good focus!
