Hi Cybertops Pals,

I pulled out my Constant Craving A-Z; A Simple Guide to
Understanding and Healing Your Food Cravings book. It's by Doreen
Virtue, PhD.

Four Emotions Form the Core of Emotional Overeating:

FEAR, ANGER,TENSION, AND SHAME (FATS)

FEAR is the root emotion in the FATS feelings. Anger, tension, and
shame are all extensions of fear. We feel ANGRY because we FEAR
losing love in the form of something or someone valuable to us; we
feel TENSION because we are afraid of trusting or because we've
walked away from our Divine path; we feel SHAME because we fear we
are inadequate.

These "FATS feelings" are the primary triggers for emotional
overeating. Overwhelming desirs to eat stem from one of these four
emotions.

Oh, here's an affirmation that forms a replacement acronym for FATS,
with something that is healthy and healing for you and your appetite.

"I Forgive, Accept, and Trust my Self." (FATS)

There's alot more on this but thought I would type up some of it.

Hope it helps.

Have a good evening.

TOPS Hugs,

Janice from Ohio
