We are back from our week in the Muskoka area of Ontario, Canada. It was a good week. I came home to the bad news that our TOPS leader is in ICU. She had a heart attack and there are complications. I am co-leader. I am happy the scale showed 1/2 pound loss this morning. Judy A. #ON 1582, Harrow
