[CyberTOPS] amazing turtle !!

-Saturday we got a call from my daughter in MD. Their house had been
broke into and they had stolen some guns that belonged to John's
Granddad and my daughters jewelry which included my Mom's engagement
ring that we gave the granddaughter when she was born and a pearl
necklace that belonged to my mom and lots of good rings and necklaces
that John had given Dana over the years.  Luckly they were not home and
they did not hurt the dog.  I still think it was someone they knew but
Dana doesn't. 
Anyway being a stressful eater I ate everything that wasn't nailed down
on Sat and Sunday.  Think I gained nearly 8 lbs in two days. Well I had
a long talk with myself and Monday morning. Self I said this isn't
doing anybody any good especially you!! So Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
I was really really good.  So I managed to squeek out a turtle.  Best
turtle I have ever seen.  I hope to control my emotions this week and
maybe have a lose next week. 
I was wrong in my report last week and I am 4.5 lbs under goal instead of 3.5
