I was up 0.8 pounds from 4 birthday meals out in restaurants this week and no self control there!
I walked 310 minutes including one session of Irish set-dancing which I'd LOVE to do if it were not so fast, but my old leg-break area couldn't handle it, nor my lungs the speed, so I guess I'll stick to my nice slow walks as usual!
I wonder if square dancing is slower/easier? I used to love roller-skating and just got a hang of it when they closed the arena here in the 1980s...I have never found anything as fun since then and am still looking. When my weight goes down, I may try a bit of ice skating again. I'd like to be in the 160 range before I start that. I'm not a skilled skater.
Well that's the report for this week! I plan to be down next week! No more restaurant meals for a while expected!
