Good Morning Everybody,
     As we start our day lets take a the time to remember those who where
taken in our nation's tragedy.  Also for their families as they too grieve for
their loss.  Remember to fly your American flag high and proud in their honor
and in the spirit which our country strongly process.  If you are in the path
of Ike who is making his way toward the Texas coast line.  We want you to know
that we hope that you have a plan ready to keep you safe and our of harms
way.  Also that we have you in our thoughts and prayers.  In the mean time
have a great day and we still hope that the sun shine in your part of the
world.

      Your success is there waiting for you to embrace.....
 
      We know that you have done your homework and that your reach has helped
put you on the right track, so that you can remove that unwanted weight that
you want to get ride of once and for all.  With each and every single pound
that you removed you get that much closer to your goal weight that you keep
looking towards.  Yes, we keep hearing you ask "can I make it" or am I going
to ever get there", is my goal weight really attainable".  The answer to all
of these are a big yes! You can see that because ever time you have that dream
in the middle of the night and you see yourself weighing less, slimmer,
trimmer, seeing the vision of you! You know that you can be there instead of
just thinking it.  You know that you can do it and your success is there just
waiting for you to embrace it and say that you have made it.  Yes that you
have succeed at reaching your goal weight! You are a "STAR" shinning so
brightly that everyone can see it.  So
 don't even give it a thought that you aren't going to make that dream come
true because that's false.  You are going to make it all the way to where you
said you wanted to be and that where your success is final--your goal weight
and success.  You can do it.
