Good Morning Everybody,
      We trust that you had a good night rest and are ready to go.  Today
looks like it going to be another great day outside weather wise.  Be a good
day to go for a walk.  We had to stop walking for a while but now we are going
to get back at it just s bit slower.  Remember that the more you move the more
you burn.  You can do it, just put it in your things to do list and then make
sure you do it.  Then make it fun.  Have  great day and enjoy.

     Seek what works best for you, it's out there,
                           you just have to find the right
combination.........
 
     As we have learned new and exciting things to help us on our quest to
remove our unwanted weight we have been looking for something special.  Yes,
something very special.  We have been looking for that, if you will, magical
combination that work best for us. That combination that will allow us to eat,
drink and be merry.  Good laugh but true, we are looking for something that
allows us to eat what we want, yet allows us to remove unwanted weight, allow
us to drink what we want to drink, not just water all the time, and remove
unwanted weight.  Of course exercise there is exercise and it helps us all the
time.  Exercise takes hard work but it's worth the effort and the results are
worth it too boot.  However, until we find that right combination we will
continue working with what we have because at least we are making progress. We
can see the result from when we first started.  Keep up the great work and
success will be yours and yours
 and yours and yours and yours and yours and yours and yours.  We all are can
make our dream come true as long as we believe in ourselves, know in our
hearts that we will succeed. Then we will shine for all to see that our "STAR"
will sparkle.  We can do it.
