Good Morning Everybody,
The last day of the weekend is upon us and the
work week is about to begin. Boy the weekend went by fast. Our house is once
again quit as Kimberly and the granddaughters are back in Louisiana with hubby
and daddy as it should be. It was great to have them here but we knew they
had to go home sooner or later. We hope that if any of you got caught up in
the path of Gustav that things are back to normal and that you didn't have to
much damage. A friend of our in Alexandria, La. had a tree fall on the back
of his house. He's all right, he was watching the weather channel in the
front of the house and the tree fell on the back bedroom. Didn't make him to
happy but like he said at least he's all right and the roof can be fixed.
Hope all of you that were in Hanna's way fair well. We had you all in our
thoughts and prayers. Those storms can be a nightmare alright.Now with Ike
knocking on some one's door which way will he go?Well
everyone enjoy today and get plenty of rest so you can be ready for Monday.

Don't let a little weight gain set you back, refocus and try again-you
will succeed.....
All to often when our weight seems to go up
instead of down for whatever reason we seem to fall into a rut. Sometimes we
can explain or figure out just what cause the increase to happen. Other times
it is a complete mystery. What usually happens is that we fall into a rut and
things go from bad to worst. We wind up adding on more of the weight that we
have already have taken off. Now that's not good at all. Don't you agree.?
What we should be doing is taking a step back, looking at the situation and
trying to figure out what happened. If we can, great. If not, don't dwell on
it. Refocus on our mission of reaching our goal weight. You know that's the
one that we said we what to weight at the end of our journey. It's also
the goal weight that we see in our dreams. Once we have refocused on our
mission and have gotten back on track, the next thing to do is move forward by
removing some of our unwanted weight at our next
weight in. Remember that we are strong and that with our determination we
are going to succeed. We can do it. You can do this for you because this is
what you what. You can do it.
