[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for September 6, 2008

Good Morning Everybody,
     Happy Saturday and we hope that you have a
wonderful day.  We hope that you don't have may chore to get done so that you
can relax most of the day. And Sunday too.  Now wouldn't that just be great. 
Now lets think, hum is there any think that just has to be done.  I did say
that I was going to get that done this week end.  So I'd better do that at
least, Then I could take it easy for the rest of the day.  What do you think,
sounds good?  Have a great day and remember that your special and that your
going to make your dream come true.  You will do it.

      When nothing seems to be going right and you
feel your at the end of your rope, remember your that support is all around
you because your never alone.....
 
     It is such a relief to know in our
minds that we have a support group that is willing to help and be there for
us.  Yes, we realize that we have each other which we rely on for many
things.  We share our very lives.  However, it is also great to have a support
group that you can ask questions to that we don't know the answer to. Of
course TOPS stands for take off pounds sensibly. It give us many great ideas
in ways that we can prepare our foods, controls our portion sizes, work on our
daily exercise programs and of course encourages us to drink our water.  But
they do much more because through them we have this wonderful 24/7 help, an
idea for a program, a recipe, or someone to listen to.  The last one, someone
to listen to, is the support we need the most because it reassures us that we
know in our minds that we are not alone. That when we need someone to talk to
no matter when, someone is there.  Thanks TOPS, thanks CyberTops for
 being there for us in our time of need and reminding us that we can do what
we set out to do.  That we are going to make it all the way to our goal and
shine brightly.  We can do it.  So remember that you are never alone and that
you do have a wonderful support group that is here to help you through the
rough spots as you work towards your goal weigh and making your dream come
