  Good Morning Everybody,
  I just have to tell you all this.  This morning
when we started the thought we almost started out with Good Morning America. 
What a hoot, kinda funny but we caught it.  Here it is Wednesday and half the
week is about to be behind us.We hope that you are having a great week and
that you are staying on track.  Good luck when you meet the your friend the
scale this week.  Always remember that you can succeed at doing what you want
to happen.  Your on your way to shinning like golden "STAR".  You can do it.

                      Prepare to be
in the spotlight 
 
    This just might be something that we all have to give
some thought.  No, it doesn't matter where you decide to have your graduation
at.  Whether it be at your chapter, SRD, ARD, PRD, or IRD.  Once you reach
your goal and the unwanted weight is finally gone you can graduate.  Your
dream has come true and everything that you have been wanting to happen is
finally happening.  The spotlight will be on you.  Not to scare you but to
recognize you for all of your hard work and the accomplishment that you have
made.  Those bright lights will shine on you showing that you have succeed in
making your dream come true and that you have succeed at your quest to remove
your unwanted weight.  You did it for you.
