Hello all

I have a UTI and boy, did I have a gain this week.  (Holding a lot of water)


Gained:  2.2 pounds
Exercised:  190 minutes

I can't believe my luck.  Yesterday was the first day back to school here
and I got up with a UTI and it sure hurt.  Thankfully my day went well with
my supervisory duties going well and my crossing guard duties going well too
  The only fly in the ointment was my gain!!
