I use a seasoned tomato that I buy from our local grocery store.  They are 
dei fratelli seasoned tomatoes.  They have jalopeno peppers in them.  You 
can buy them from

people that own this company.  Years ago I could call my nephew Schad's 
Buddy and buy them buy the case at cost.  Now I wait for them to go on sale 
10 for 10 dollars for the 28 ounce cans of seasoned tomatos.  Then I buy 
about 40 cans of them for the pantry.  They are sold mainly in the midwest. 
I buy them at Giant Eagle or Walmart.  So you can check your local grocery 
store and see if they carry them.
