Hi...when I gain..I do it big..had a gain of 3.25 tonight....This is my 5th  
gain this year....actually..I have always been a binge eater when  
depressed...but I thought I had that more under control:  evidently I  don't...
 
I had two very good friends to die within the past two weeks..one a high  
school classmate and another a good friend and sister in Christ.Both sudden..so  
has really thrown me into a loop...besides, had out of state company for the  
holiday week-end...so..guess I will let myself off this time...but realize 
what  I have done and tomorrow is a new TOPS week...
