Good Morning Everybody,
   We hope that everyone had a wonderful Labor Day and
that you were able to enjoy your day off from work.  We want to wish you all a
good week and a weight loss when you go to see our friend the scale this
week.  Have a great day and remember you are on the right track to making your
dream come true, just keep trying and it will happen.  You can do it.

      Sometime the right choice is hard
to make 
                            but the results are worth making it.
 
    Some of the choices that we have to make are easy.  Some of them are darn
right hard. We make these decision every single day and hope that we are
making the right decision because they effect our very lives.  Yes, they are
sometimes very hard to make because they are so very important to us.  We know
that change is what we want because we want to remove our unwanted weight. To
become slimmer, trimmer, healthier, to be able to do more of the things that
we used to do and to feel better.  Just remember that the right choice even
though it maybe hard is worth the results you get back. Getting closer it puts
you to your goal weight.  You can do it, you can succeed.  You can make your
dream come true and shine brightly for all to see.  Go for it, become a
"STAR". The "STAR" of your "GOAL"  you can do it.
