[CyberTOPS] Some successes to share on cyberTOPS as of August, 2008!!!

There are some members on cyberTOPS who are doing wonderfully!  Please 
take a moment to congratulate them on their achievements so far in 2008!

TOPS - please recognize these cyberTOPS for their consistent losses.  This 
recognition isn't just about who has lost the most, though we definitely 
note those too, but more about consistency in losing because as we know -- 
small losses add up to big numbers over time!:
